If you decide to change your mind about a purchase you made from us, we understand. While we don't offer refunds, we're happy to provide you with a credit note for the amount of your purchase. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs in these cases, including instances where the wrong size was ordered.

However, if you receive a faulty item, rest assured that we'll meet our legal obligations. This may involve refunding the purchase price along with shipping charges, or replacing the product for you. Simply return the faulty item within a reasonable timeframe, accompanied by proof of purchase. Warranty claims are assessed individually, with a standard 30-day warranty period on all our pieces. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Swimwear can only be returned if it remains unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and hygiene protection stickers intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Please be aware that gift cards, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at hello@driftsurfco.com, providing your Order Number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. We'll respond to your email within 2 business days, providing you with a returns form and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 2 days for processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

  4. Please note that all exchanges will incur a return shipping fee.
